LANDING was successfully shortlisted for the Shanghai Branch Law Office of Bank of Communications’ contract procurement project.
Bank of Communications (BCM for short, and “交行” for short in Chinese) was founded in 1908. It is one of China’s oldest banks and one of the banks to have issued banknotes in modern China. On April 1st, 1987, the restructured Bank of Communications officially opened for business, becoming China’s first national state-owned joint-stock commercial bank, with its head office in Shanghai. Bank of Communications was listed on HKEX—the Hong Kong stock exchange in June 2005, and successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 2007.
